The exhibition includes mixed media works. Old coins and stamps, retired banknotes, letters, toys, useful objects, which once constituted the means of a transaction of matter and equivalent feelings for their owners, are re-signified. Therefore, their value has been temporary, disproportionate to the passion they may have caused. Over time, +Αλλαγή, becomes personal memories until Art collects them, sorts and restores them. In the three-dimensional collage that Plachouris exhibits, he transforms the custom of a gift, and of hospitality in general, into a material world that sometimes rots and sometimes sails away.
